- 80% of your commission goes to you
- 20% goes to eXp Realty (until you cap)
Once you’ve paid in $16,000 to the company (your “cap”), you move to 100% commission for the rest of your anniversary year. No royalty fees. No franchise fees. No extra office splits.
The Cap Reset
Your cap resets each year on your anniversary date. This is tracked in real time in your eXp Enterprise dashboard, so you always know exactly how close you are.
Teams and Custom Splits
